Flower Delivery Washington Dc

Is there any midnight birthday surprise delivery service available in the USA?
I’m looking for a midnight birthday surprise service for someone special, like the one these people offer:
http://www.indiangiftsportal.com/product_info.php?products_id=midnight-surprise-midnight-Flower-delivery
unfortunetlely, I don’t live in India ![]()
Does anyone know if we have anything similar to that somewhere here in America? Preferably Virginia/Washington DC area?
It’s like they deliver the gift at midnight on their birthday, it’s really cute! Please tell me have something like that here
Reason why: http://www.articlealley.com/article_1743432_47.html
God, I hope not. In the U.S., when an unexpected stranger is seen on private property by a homeowner in the middle of the night, the surprised homeowner often assumes that the unexpected stranger is a burglar and shoots the “intruder”. (If the deceased is later found to have been a burglar, which is not always the case, it is often stated that owning the gun saved the life of someone living in the home, even though most burglars do not kill strangers, except when the “victim” does own a gun and the burglar has to shoot first to say alive.)
Anyway, no, I do not think that you will find any business in the U.S. willing to take the risk of sending an unexpected stranger to a house in the U.S. at midnight to surprise someone, especially not in Virginia, which has one of the highest rates of gun ownership in the country, if not the world.
